Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Nexifii LLC (“Nexifii”, “we”) and the organisation that uses Adbake (“you”). By creating a workspace or using Adbake you accept them on behalf of that organisation, and confirm you may do so. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

The service

Adbake is software for agencies and brands that advertise and sell on online marketplaces and ad platforms. It shows advertising and sales performance, suggests changes through agents and rules, and makes the changes you approve, or that autopilot makes inside the guardrails you set. We may improve, change or retire features, and we tell workspace owners before removing anything they rely on.

Your workspace and accounts

  • You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in details safe. Owners and admins must use two-step sign-in.
  • Tell us at once at founder@nexifii.com if you suspect someone has used your workspace without permission.

Connected platforms

  • You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, such as a client’s Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads account. You confirm that the account owner has agreed.
  • Adbake reads and changes those accounts only through the platforms’ official APIs, with the access the owner granted, and only to provide the service to that owner or the agency working for them. The owner can withdraw access at any time, on the platform or in Adbake.
  • Each platform’s own terms and policies still apply to you, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and Amazon’s advertising terms. Adbake is not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform, and platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time.

Changes Adbake makes for you

  • Agents and rules suggest changes. A change is made only when someone with the right role approves it, or when you have turned on autopilot or an automatic rule.
  • Autopilot and automatic rules act only inside the guardrails you set, and the kill switch stops them for a client. Every change is logged and can be undone while the value is still the one Adbake set.
  • You remain responsible for your advertising budgets, bids, listings and spend, including changes made under settings you chose.

AI features

AI drafts explanations, listing copy and answers in Ask Adbake. Check AI-written text before you publish it. AI never sets bids or budgets, and every change it proposes waits for your confirmation.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Adbake to:

  • break the law, a platform’s terms, or anyone’s rights, including by publishing misleading listings or ads;
  • reach data or accounts you are not authorised to use, or try to get around security or usage limits;
  • combine data from different sellers to benefit another seller, or resell data obtained through Adbake;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or overload it.

Your data

You own the data you put into or connect to Adbake. You let us process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you, as our privacy policy describes. We never sell it and never share one customer’s data with another. When you remove a client or close your workspace, we delete the platform access tokens at once and the rest of the data within 30 days. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Fees

Adbake is free during early access. Before any paid plan applies to you, we agree the price with you in writing, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Availability

We work to keep Adbake available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” while it is in early access. It depends on third-party platforms and providers we don’t control, and we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Adbake and close your workspace at any time. We can suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. On closing, your data is deleted as described above.

Changes to these terms

We tell workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
